The last match of Pakistan tour of South Africa, 2018-19
The series between Pakistan and South Africa which was started in the month of December 2018 is about to end today as both the team will the last T20I at the SuperSport Park, Centurion. The series consisted of 3 Tests, 5 ODIs and 3 T20Is. The South African team has won the whole series as they have lead in three-match T20I series by 2-0 with one match to go.
The host clinched the Test series by whitewashing the visitors by 3-0. In the first Test match, the South African National Cricket Team won the match by 6 wickets, second Test match by 9 wickets and the final Test match by 107 runs.
The ODI series was also ultimately won by the South African team by 3-2. It was a tough competition given by the Pakistan National Cricket Team but they failed to save the series. The South African cricket team won the 2nd, 3rd and 5th ODIs and the Pakistan team won the 1st and the 4th ODI only, hence losing the ODI series also.
The T20I series is ongoing but the Proteas have the lead in three-match T20I series by 2-0. The Africans have won the both T20I in a very close match by just 6 runs in the first match and by 7 runs in the second match. The last T20I of the series will start at 04:00 PM GMT/ 06:00 PM LOCAL on Wednesday, 6 Feburary.
